Life is full of ups and downs. Every one goes through bad and good periods at one stage or the other. Like you I too have had my share of both. I have had bad failures and great successes too. When I look back and reflect upon my life I see a pattern of ups and downs life like a sequence of changing waves in rough sea. The depth of each wave symbolizes troubles and heights indicate I may be the same with you and your friends and colleagues.

However, we learn more during bad times than during good times. We learn with deep absorption the lessons on how not to do certain thing from our failures than from success. We all know that. Life is always full of challenges. Learning is a challenge. Making money is a challenge. Bringing up children to be good citizens is challenge. Doing a job well is a challenge, making your business a success is a challenge. The challenges are there to be overcome. To keep us interested in living. ‘There is no drama without a conflict’ one famous writer remarked once. The interest of life’s drama is maintained by the conflicts in the form of challenges that we encounter.
